About the role
As an Events Producer at Eco Age, you will take events from concept to delivery, managing logistics, suppliers and guest experience for roundtables, panel talks and industry networking moments around the world.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production of events, from briefing to on-the-day delivery
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, budgets and run-of-show documentation
- Support guest curation and manage RSVPs and attendee communications
- Work closely with the client services team on event objectives and outcomes
- Evaluate events post-delivery and capture learnings for future programmes
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in event production or events management
- Experience delivering both intimate roundtables and larger-scale events
- Strong vendor and budget management skills
- Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- An interest in sustainability and the fashion industry
