John is CEO of Eco Age, a pioneering sustainable fashion consultancy that has advised clients including Stella McCartney, Reformation, Gucci, Chopard and Diesel. He is also CEO of Higginson Strategy, a purpose-led communications consultancy.
John began his career in journalism, serving as political editor of Metro, the UK’s most widely read newspaper, before moving into corporate communications.
Clodagh Higginson
Partner
Clodagh is a former political journalist with ITV and News UK. She has a history of breaking exclusive stories, skilled at decoding and animating complicated but important stories.
Clodagh to uses her extensive media knowledge within her role as partner for Eco Age to ensure success in sustainability communications. She provides high level media strategy advice as well as facilitating in-depth media training and campaign support across the whole company.
Marwa Zamaray
Executive Director
Marwa is Executive Director at Eco Age, with expertise in ethical sourcing, traceability and supply-chain transparency.
She has advised brands and NGOs on compliance with evolving EU and US regulations including CSRD and CSDDD.
Before Eco Age, Marwa held senior roles at Oritain and founded Apparel & Textile ESG Consulting. A European Climate Pact Ambassador, she is a recognised voice on sustainability, human rights and responsible supply chains.
Amie Tran
Account Director
Amie is Account Director at Eco Age, leading delivery across fashion, luxury, and tech sectors. She manages projects, oversees cross-functional teams, and drives strategic sustainability campaigns. With 7+ years in corporate communications, she combines sustainability expertise with strategic storytelling, supporting organisations in turning complex challenges into actionable, purpose-driven initiatives. She also plays a key role in high-profile events such as Eco Age’s flagship Green Carpet Fashion Awards and Manchester Fashion Week.
Sacha Daly
Social Media Manager
Sacha is Social Media Manager at Eco Age, leading the organisation’s digital platforms with a focus on impactful storytelling and nuanced sustainability perspectives.
She holds a Master’s in Sustainable Fashion and has hands-on experience in artisanal supply chains in India and the UK textile recycling industry.
At Eco Age, Sacha builds engaged online communities and strengthens the digital presence of purpose-driven brands.
Declan Gibbon
Account Manager
Declan is an Account Manager at Eco Age, where he leads strategic planning, media relations and communications for clients focused on conscious consumption, new materials, and future fashion.
His background spans editorial, fashion weeks, second-hand clothing advocacy and public relations.
Declan has worked on international campaigns in South Africa, Uganda, the Maldives, France and the US, bringing a global perspective to his work.
Catherine Kitchen
Senior Account Executive
Catherine is Senior Account Executive at Eco Age, with three years’ PR experience and a background in journalism. She specialises in pitching and securing coverage across top media, including Vogue Business, Glamour, The Guardian and Bloomberg.
Catherine has delivered events such as the 75 London Wall ground-breaking ceremony and Manchester Fashion Week, and produces multimedia content including video and podcast. She is also engaged in biodiversity communications through her work with Biodiversify.
Eleanor Pritchard
Account Executive
Eleanor is Account Executive at Eco Age, supporting communications strategies for clients including Teysha Technologies and Sparxell. She holds a degree in Modern Languages and Cultures from Durham University and an MA in Art in the Age of Ecology from The Courtauld Institute of Art.
With over four years’ experience in marketing, communications and events within the arts and sustainability sectors, Eleanor has worked across the UK, France and Spain.
Rosie Clarkson
EA to CEO & Operations
Rosie is Executive Assistant to CEO John Higginson, ensuring the smooth running of Eco Age’s day-to-day operations. She manages the CEO’s diary, coordinates meetings and travel, oversees expenses, and provides key support across the team.
Rosie brings more than four years’ experience in corporate sustainability to the role.
