As a PR account manager at Eco-Age your day to day role will include:

  • Managing all press relations and campaigns for client account for which the role is responsible,
  • Working with the relevant account managers and teams as well as the head of technical and head of PR to ensure we have a forward thinking, creative approach to sustainability communications for your clients
  • Instilling a mindset of epic creativity to generate true media coverage, ensuring that all work produced and presented by Eco-Age is at a client ready standard at all times 
  • Develop a growth mindset to change the world through our clients and our own campaigns
  • Have a clear passion and desire to change the world 
  • Bring a spirit of entrepreneurialism, positive energy and inspiration to the workplace to live within our core values

Key activities & duties include:

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Liaising with clients regarding press campaigns, creative projects and PR solutions
  • Briefing clients and updating them on press campaigns
  • Developing news angles, stories and pitches to further the client’s profile, products and services
  • Providing innovative and creative campaign activation ideas to clients
  • Building and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists, KOI and industry spokespeople
  • Daily point of contact with key media contacts
  • Keeping abreast of current PR trends and tools
  • Analysing PR coverage and providing reports
  • Managing and mentoring junior members of staff
  • Writing and producing press materials and press releases
  • Working with influencers and creating digital campaigns
  • Managing specific projects for the business as required
  • Distributing press cuttings by email
  • Monitoring news coverage every morning to ensure that all relevant articles are highlighted
  • Developing and keeping media lists updated
  • Creating the weekly communications report for clients and internally
