We are seeking an Executive Coordinator to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and our Business Manager. The role involves liaising with a wide variety of people both internally and externally and acting as an ambassador for the company. The support will be business-related and include adminstrative assistance across the business including operations, office, people, finance, clients and special projects. There will also be an opportunity to get involved with projects and team activities.
Primary duties are:
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills. You must be resourceful and have good research and presentation skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. An ability to speak Italian is desirable but not essential.
This is a very busy role so you must be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. You will be confident and emotionally intelligent and able to deal with high profile individuals and have a naturally can-do attitude. A passion for sustainability is essential.
