Eberjey

For the past two years, we have partnered with the premium PJ and leisure brand, Eberjey, known for its commitment to creating products by women, for women. To build on their purposeful foundation, Eberjey were looking to build a credible sustainability program.

We began by conducting internal training sessions covering greenwashing, Sustainability 101, and circularity to build internal capability. Following this, we also developed a comprehensive and robust sustainability programme. This involved a thorough stakeholder engagement and materiality assessment process, consumer engagement, internal workshops and leveraging the Future-Fit Business Benchmark to identify key sustainability topics across people, planet, and business.

Our strategic alignment with Eberjey’s brand narrative culminated in the creation of the ‘Restore’ strategy—a journey encompassing business, planetary, and people wellness. We then established detailed impact guides and measurable targets for each sustainability pillar, addressing areas such as supply chain, textiles, water, and living standards.
We also support Eberjey with ongoing governance and progress monitoring towards their sustainability goals, while also supporting their communications efforts.
