Magic Milk Recipe

Whether you're heading to a summer festival or an evening picnic, this plant-based, mood-boosting drink recipe from entrepreneur and Plant Academy founder Lauren Lovatt will keep you energised.

 

This milk is designed to keep you dancing through the night. With many summer festivals ahead. It’s a fantastic natural lift with mood boosters that has kept me sipping through the fields so far. 

Ingredients:

One cup oat milk
1⁄2 cup cold brew coffee (or brew regular coffee id cold brew isn’t available)
One tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp maca
1⁄2 tsp honey
Pinch salt 

Method:

  • Put your superfoods in a cup with the honey and a couple of tbsp liquid.
  • Stir to form a paste then top up with the remaining oat milk and coffee. 
  • If you are making this at home, simply blend all the ingredients together and serve over ice.
