Jenny is also our brand guardian, ensuring consistency in how our brand is presented across all channels.

About Jil Carrara

Jil graduated from London College of Fashion with a BA Hons in Fashion Styling and Production with a dissertation on feminism in new media and a final major project on sustainability. During her last year at Uni she opened a blog focused on sustainable fashion and healthy living, which she continues today. After graduating she joined the Communications team at Ananas Anam who develop the sustainable material Piñatex®, before landing her dream job at Eco-Age!

About Matilde Cucuzza

Matilde was born in Rome. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University. During the course of her studies, she undertook an exchange program at the Insper University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and one at the Indian Institute of Management of Kolkata, India.

Before working for Eco-Age, she did two internships at Kairos Partners, an asset management company in Milan.

About Livia Firth

Livia Firth is the Creative Director of sustainability consultancy Eco-Age and founder of the Green Carpet Challenge (GCC). She is renowned for creating compelling frameworks and campaigns for environmental and social justice with global reach. A founding member of Annie Lennox’s ‘The Circle’, a powerful women’s advocacy group, she recently presented the findings of The Circle’s Living Wage report to the EU Commission. Livia is a UN Leader of Change and has also been recognised with the UN Fashion 4 Development Award.

About Daniela Gallucci

Born and raised in Rome, Daniela specialises in corporate and fiscal law. In 1991, after undertaking a degree in Economics, she began her professional career working in a large tax law firm. She continued to study and graduated with a law degree in 2005, and started working as a lawyer in 2010. 

Daniela has three children and one dog and during the weekends you will find her busy rummaging through vintage shops.

Nicola Giuggioli, CEO of Eco-Age, graduated at Universita di Roma Tre in Business and Management with a Masters in Sustainable Business. Nicola moved to London and in 2008 opened Eco-Age, the first business of its kind in the world: a corporate consultancy, retail concept, showroom and green hub.

Kelly joined Eco-Age as our Content Editor after 8 years working in marketing and publishing.

Having studied English & Linguistics at The University of Leeds followed by a Post-graduate Certificate in Fashion & Lifestyle Journalism at London College of Fashion, Kelly worked as a magazine journalist and sub-editor for 3 years before crossing into digital marketing.

About Rebecca Jeffreys

Rebecca graduated from Kingston University with a BA Joint Honours in English Literature and Journalism. During her time there, she took on the role of Entertainments Editor at The River newspaper and specialised in fashion journalism. In doing so, she landed herself internships at Harrods, Look and Wonderland magazines. Rebecca’s experience in newspaper and magazine is where she found her passion for design.

Dolly Jones is a journalist and digital strategist who joined Eco-Age as Chief Content Officer in 2018 having spent 20 years at Conde Nast. Having edited British Vogue’s digital platforms for 15 years she became Content & Strategy director of the wider digital portfolio, including Vogue, GQ, Wired, CNTraveller, Vanity Fair and House & Garden, and comprising a combined audience of 15 million monthly unique users and 50 million social followers.

About Charlie Lally

Charlie is our Team Personal Assistant, tasked with supporting the Senior Management Team at Eco-Age. She is responsible for enabling and orchestrating their individual activities, as well as being key to maintaining their efficiency and effectiveness as a team.

Charlie graduated from Dublin City University with a BA Hons in Communication Studies and has worked as an executive assistant, since 2015, for companies such as AA Ireland and lululemon athletica. She also completed internships in PR at Harvey Nichols and a boutique PR agency in Dublin.

About Simon Lee

As Projects and Events Manager, Simon is instrumental in making great things happen for our clients.

Simon oversees event management and co-ordination across our client portfolio. He is particularly involved in talent management, especially in relationship development with our influencer groups, including global opinion formers, mentors and celebrities. This extends to include the development of symbiotic, strong partnerships and sponsorship relationships, particularly for our major Green Carpet Challenge events.

About Hannah Levitt

As part of her Business Management course at the University of Birmingham, Hannah undertook several PR internships at luxury fashion houses in London. During her final and favourite internship at Stella McCartney, Hannah landed her dream job, deferred her University studies and hasn’t looked back since.

Following a number of years working in fashion PR, Hannah went to work for an animal-rights charity and has finally found her calling card at Eco-Age where her interest in fashion, sustainability and social justice intertwine.

About Valeria Monfredini

Valeria joined us an Intern, having previously worked with fashion brands in London, where she moved two years ago. As a native Italian, she studied Fashion Communication in both Bologna and London. She’s obsessed with the story behind art, music and fashion and so loves working with Eco-Age to investigate the real story behind our clothes.

Valeria loves London, but misses Elizabeth Taylor, her dog, who currently resides at home in Bologna.

Her accounts include Wembley Stadium, The Football Association, St. George’s Park and the British Film Institute.

Juhi completed a Harvard Master’s program ‘Strategies for Sustainability Management’.
