Naturally De-Puff Your Eyes

Prioritising cold and hydrating, cucumber slices and frozen spoons can help to dramatically reduce any puffy inflamation; while boiled teabags (allowed to cool to room temp) will give any tired eyes a much needed caffeine boost.
Facial Oils
Facial oils are the best way to get glowing, moisturised skin, combatting any dry winter skin that may be suffering in the cold. Our favourites are rosehip, seabuck thorn & jojoba oil fo their high vitamin content and antioxidant qualities – just make sure you’re buying organic and cold pressed where possible.
Hydrating Face Mask
Whilst this may sound like a delicious smoothie recipe, this hydrating face mask is perfect for moisturising your skin. In addition to the vitamins and hydration provided by the bananas, cacao’s antioxidant properties will help with any irritation and inflammation of the skin. Apply to clean skin and leave on for 10 minutes, before toning and moisturising after.
